The patterns I am about to access are intended for personal use only and are protected by the Copyright Act,  the patterns cannot be reproduce by any means whatsoever. I understand that I am free to download any or all of the patterns and use them, on items to keep or to give as gifts.

I further understand that the rights to the patterns themselves remain with The Quiltery and I may not transfer them to another party nor may I sell them in any form. Buying, selling, trading or transferring copies of these patterns is a violation of copyright law.

We DO NOT give permission for the commercial  use of our Free Patterns.
